Mountain Retreat
I was blessed enough to get the opportunity to go on a retreat with Susan and 6 other amazing women. I've never done something like this before and I didn't know what to expect. I got the time to look within myself and tap into my creativity, and connect with women I never met before. I loved the activities we did — especially the decorating of a photo frame with a photo of myself when I was 5 years old. I left with a refreshed soul and a more relaxed nervous system. It was just what my heart needed. Thank you Susan, you are an angel.
I'm still on cloud 9 from it all. The woman that went up the mountain on Friday came back a different woman on Monday. Better attitude, better self love, a new outlook on life and a calmness and peace. I've learned to become kinder to myself. After all, the relationship I went up there to work on was the relationship I've had with myself for 61 years — and that's the most important relationship ever. God is good. Life is wonderful. I am so blessed.
Coaching
For quite some time I felt at odds and uncertain about what to do to regain my sense of balance and purpose. My spirit was broken, I felt powerless, and that I had no voice. Through Susan's thoughtful questioning and patient support I was able to work through deeply embedded narratives — life scripts that I had no idea were still guiding my life's direction. I regained my voice, freed myself to support others, and learned to PAUSE~BREATHE~PIVOT!! Your 90-day Transformation program was priceless and I would do it all over again. You were God sent and so timely in my growth.

I wanted your help in getting me unstuck. It was like I knew what to do but I wasn't being held accountable. You helped me to realize I was enough and drew out of me what was already there! You affirmed me a lot, which is what I needed. You made me feel appreciated. The first call was awesome because I felt we were in this together and you were there holding my hand through the emotions.
I wanted to gain insight as to why I stayed married and why I get stifled when moving up in my goals or almost finishing a large goal starts becoming a reality. Working with Susan gave me the clarity and courage to finally understand those patterns.
I was in dire need of a hand to guide me with clear sight. I had just lost my husband and felt that I too was going to die. What I really needed was someone who would walk me through the fog and help me know I wasn't going crazy — and help me find my strength. As it turned out, I not only found strength and comfort, but I also found my voice. Who knew that I'd find a friend as well.
Her guidance was truly transformational. Susan took on the challenge of working with me with patience, optimism, and a true generosity of spirit. Most importantly she taught me to offer myself grace and to be a loving friend to myself. With Susan's support this California Girl is in the process of relocating from the Bay Area to Reno, Nevada — a move that would not have been possible without her support and guidance. I will continue to seek Susan's wisdom as I transition into my next chapter.
